AIOS vs Fyxer AI: which one should you pick?
Fyxer AI is an AI assistant built for the inbox and for meetings: it sorts, drafts replies in your writing style and takes notes on your calls. The AIOS does not stop at email: it is a digital employee that takes over whole sections of your work, on a dedicated server in France.
Fyxer AI is a British company founded in late 2023 in London by Richard Hollingsworth, Archie Hollingsworth and Matthew Ffrench. The product positions itself as an executive assistant: it ranks the inbox by importance, drafts replies that imitate the way you write, and takes notes in your meetings. The promise landed: 10 million dollars raised in a Series A led by 20VC in March 2025, then 30 million in a Series B led by Madrona in the autumn of 2025, with Marc Benioff among the investors.
On its own ground Fyxer does the job very well, and an executive facing two hundred emails a day gets hours back. So the question is not which one is better, it is where the perimeter stops. Fyxer handles your mail and your meetings. The AIOS handles your business: the incoming email, yes, but also the quote that follows from it, the follow-up three weeks later, the invoice, Friday's post and the morning watch.

When to choose what
When to choose Fyxer AI
- Your problem is the inbox and it is acute: several hundred messages a day, back-to-back meetings, nothing else to delegate
- You want something connected to Gmail or Outlook in ten minutes, without talking to anyone and without a project
- Several executives share exactly the same need, and paying per seat fits your organisation well
When to choose the AIOS Recommended
- Your work does not stop at email: there is the quote, the follow-up, the invoice, the documents, the publishing, the monitoring
- You want the work done and sent, not just a draft waiting for you
- You prefer a fixed monthly cost whatever the volume, a server in France and a team that configures everything for you
Fyxer AI is an excellent product on a precise mission, and the people who praise it are right: for someone whose only bottleneck is a saturated inbox, it is a direct and effective choice. The AIOS answers a wider problem. A small business owner rarely complains about one single thing: they write the quote, chase it, issue the invoice, handle the marketing and keep watch themselves, in the evening. Sorting their email gives back only part of the week. The AIOS exists for the other part.

Your questions, our answers.
Fyxer already drafts my replies: what does the AIOS add?
It carries the action through, and it goes beyond email. On an incoming request, an email assistant stops at the draft reply. An AIOS pulls up the client file, produces the priced quote, sends it, follows it up twelve days later if there is no answer, issues the invoice once the job is delivered and chases it if it goes unpaid. The email is only the entry point: the work is what comes after it.
Can the two be used together?
Nothing technically prevents it, but the perimeters overlap heavily on triage and email writing, and you would be paying twice for the same thing. The choice is better made upfront: if your need sits entirely in the inbox and in meetings, a specialised tool is enough. If it spills over into your clients, your documents and your invoicing, one system that sees everything is more coherent, and cheaper in practice.
Where do my emails live in each case?
Fyxer is a cloud SaaS operated from the United Kingdom, with the contractual guarantees of a vendor handling the mail of thousands of companies. The AIOS is installed on a server dedicated to your company alone, hosted in France: your email, your documents and your company memory never sit alongside another client's. For an accounting firm, a lawyer or any profession bound by confidentiality, that is often the deciding point.
